What’s the difference between a Miami-Dade NOA and a Florida Product Approval?
A Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) is issued by Miami-Dade County after a product passes the county’s TAS testing protocols. A Florida Product Approval carries an FL# and is valid statewide — but on a High-Velocity Hurricane Zone job in Miami-Dade or Broward, only if the approval explicitly covers HVHZ use. An FL# without HVHZ coverage is one of the most common reasons an envelope submittal gets rejected. The full breakdown →

Who seals the design pressures and shop drawings?
When a package needs a seal, we coordinate it with a Florida-licensed professional engineer we work with, as part of the engagement. Final responsibility stays with the contractor of record and the sealing engineer, as on any permit job.
Do you work outside Miami-Dade and Broward?
South Florida’s HVHZ is our focus, but our team works remotely and can support envelope work in other markets — talk to us about your project.
